When will my order arrive?
We're a small business and every piece ordered from us is custom-made with care, to make sure you receive the highest quality item. For this reason, please allow a little extra time for production before your order is shipped. That being said, we will always aim for our customers to receive their order within 3-7 business days.
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore if your item arrives damaged or you've changed your mind, don't worry! Just get in touch with our customer support team via email within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll provide you with return instructions.
Please note that we are unable to refund return postage costs and cover the cost of any import taxes.
